"Top Notch Builders have just completed our porch at the front of the house, and completely decorated our hallway, stairs and landing. All the workmen were very friendly and very clean and tidy! Despite the horrendous rain for the whole build the result is fabulous. Great attention to detail and very high quality craftsmanship."
